About Aspera PrivaTeacher

Who We Are

Aspera PrivaTeacher was founded in 1994 as a group interested in promoting education through multimedia and the Internet. Together with an international team of experts, we have dedicated ourselves to providing the best in online English language education. A complete list of team members is given below.

Philosophy and Learning Goals

Aspera PrivaTeacher courses reflect a belief in two areas of English language education: multiskills development--that is, that language is learned by reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and communicative methods. In Aspera PrivaTeacher, communication takes place both with teachers and other students. All of our courses have been developed with these two educational beliefs in mind.

In any Aspera PrivaTeacher course, students have many choices of topics and activities. Although each course is organized by chapters, the interactive structure allows students to begin with any topic that interests them. Students can focus on reading first, next writing, and then grammar, listening, or speaking and proceed through the course in any order they choose. Or, they can begin at the beginning, and go through in a linear fashion. Both methods will result in excellent progress in English learning.
